How do I use Intrinsic 'Tactical' abilities?
EDIT: Solved. Just press "L" while on a railjack mission. I couldn't find this hotkey.

I got 3 ranks in the Tactical Intrinsic, and I can't find a way to use the abilities it grants.

I don't see a console for it, I don't see a menu when I press escape, and it isn't in my gearwheel.

I'm meant to be able to use a crew tracking system, depoly my warframe abilities as tactical support, fast travel within the vessel, and use a 'command interface'.

Did I just miss the console for this when searching all over my ship?

You mean pressing the "L" key opens a menu?

I must have missed it on all my attempts at keymashing.

Yes, it opens the tactical menu.

pls tell us what function in the options it is. L is bound to be melee in my game....cant find it either
