you're the founding warlord. At least act like you care about the clan by logging in once in a while.
if it's a big clan of about 50+ active players it would probably be better to pass the title to someone else
You could also make a rule in your clan , explaining that it does not matter if a member is offline for a long time or likes to play casual.
I pictured that it was more of a 'community' clan where everyone chipped in for everything and might even rushed stuff with plat
my bad my bad
Ps. But i can understand this with a clan there was open/public from start. Else i would prefer it to collect dust to the end of time..
Do you have someone you trust that can temporarily replace you, you can assign the role "founding warlord" and then ask that player to give it back to you.
If you trust no one, then warning everyone in the clan about it would be a good idea, then proceed with the massive kicking, just keep in mind that some players won't be kind to clans that are unreliable and may not rejoin you in the future.
The best option is for you to login somehow so that vultures don't take the opportunity to override your leadership.
In that case, OP should boot everyone else in the clan. It's that or pick someone to give control to.
Before you decide, consider first if anyone donated materials to dojo construction. They're not getting that back if you kick them. You might be socially obliged to compensate them.
