Primed shred or Primed sure footed?

Is sure footed an exilus mod... not sure I would swap out with handspring if it isn't.

Primed Shred is nearly mandatory for pretty much every automatic weapon in the game, it's a massive increase to in-mission DPS and TTK. The only people who think it's worthless are people who judge solely based on paper stats.

Also, as others have pointed out, Primed Sure Footed is only useful if you're somehow incapable of using the various methods that already exist for avoiding knockdowns, most of which are heavily telegraphed and easy to avoid to begin with.

Punch through works negatively on many top tier weapons or is not needed on them. Acceltra, Chakkhurr, Opticor, snipers, launchers, etc. Lots of primary weapons have innate punch through or lose some secondary damage if any punch through is used. It also does _not_ increase dps, just how often are you actually shooting lined up enemies? You could be using some other mod for more single target dps. Using it is purely a personal preference. Some people like punch through, some don't.

P Sure Footed works well in situations when you are very vulnerable to knockdowns, or when you don't feel like avoiding them, or when not avoiding them could give a chance to handle the situation more quickly. Knockdowns and pulls are also an annoyance when you're playing a tank frame which can handle the dmg but gets pulled or knocked down all the time.
