You can remove and replace lenses without them being destroyed yes

but you can't put them on more than one warframe at a time. so my question remains unanswered.

It seems similar to how lenses work, with the exception of the Archon shards having a cost to remove instead of being lost when replaced.

Well the cost probably will greatly limit that anyway, so they clearly want you to keep farming those until you have a set for every frame.

Seems in a way to be similar to the original intent for Arcanes; interesting having a call-back to those with these shards.

They said it's still WIP, but the shard will be removable without losing them (that part is sure). Currently, they use helminth resources for that, but they said it might change.

In the stream it used bile (which sucks, but whatever).

You will not be able to use them on multiple frame (like mods or arcanes).

Helminth resources is a fair cost... Resources are way too common for their own good, and it slightly plays into how helminth was intended to be late-game

Now just fix Focus Lenses and every other permanent "mod"...

It costs helminth resources to unslot them. They're meant as a semi-permanent upgrade to your warframes, not really meant to be thrown around multiple frames like mods.
