power strength with power donation and over extended

all you need is overextended with fast nova, is the only mod that give you negative power.

speed nova focus power duration and negative power, and for slow nova more power and duration.

You start at a positive .30 slow debuff. Overextend subtracts .60 to give a negative buff to enemies of .3

Power Donation looks like it will increase that another .3 to a .60 speed buff.

Now the question is whether or not Molec Prime on Fast Nova is capped or not when dealing with negative power strength. It is Capped for positive power strength as anything over 175% does not increase the slow past 75% speed debuff.
