I feel like I'm getting the wrong bounty Rewards for Zariman?

So I do the bounty that should reward the Voidplume Crest, yet when I complete it I am rewarded with 3 Voidplume Vane despite the Vane not being the Bounty reward. Anyone else getting this issue?

That along with getting no rewards were happening to my clanmates last night, not sure if this one dude was being honest. But apparently drops are so busted you can get Zariman loot from bounties on earth.

Personally I feel like they need to change the Voidplume models since they all look way to similar with one another that I get easily confused which is which.
