its better to have them and not need it
Morphic Transformer will be good when you get more into archwing stuff, but isn't that important since most archwing stuff is either a total pushover, or Railjack, which doesn't even focus as much on archwing anyways. Maybe open-world missions...
Primed faction mods are strong but I wouldn't worry about them until late game, when you have most of the other mods Baro is selling and you need to burn some ducats. You can make do with the standard ones for now
Buzz Kill is a physical damage mod, so skip it
Weapons are always worth getting, either as weapons or for mastery, and the Supra Vandal is very good. Vulkar Wraith isn't the best sniper, but it is probably my personal favourite. Archmelee in general is pretty much a waste these days, so it's easy to skip the veritux
Everything else is cosmetic, so it comes down to personal preference. Eos Prime was my first baro cosmetic set, and I'm still finding uses for them these days
And ofcourse sands of inaros if you want to get inaros, but that is always available so prioritize the other things you want.

Primed flow is good, but it's time-consuming to level to 10 and hugely draining on your mod capacity, so it's more of a long-term investment
