my suggestion, ember or ember prime should be great counter this instead of canister

It is certainly possible solo. I did it first try, though it takes quite a while, because like the other boss fights it wasn't designed to be solod. If you are having trouble with pubs (understandable since they don't have a bounty thing like the others) try recruiting chat, that is what it is for.

The biggest problem solo isn't the vents portion in my experience. It's that the coolant spider things don't show on your radar so trying to kill them as soon as they spawn becomes nearly impossible since you can only cover one section at a time. Specters will focus on the Exploiter and ignore all the smaller spiders even when parked somewhere on the edge. Most frames with damaging abilities will be 1-shot by random cannon fire in the first stage so isn't particularly viable. Even then, AoE abilities don't have enough range to kill spiders before they get within cooling range. 1 shot of coolant from 75% brings Exploiter down to 10%. If using anything but a hitscan weapon that can 1-shot spiders, it becomes a very frustrating situation until you run out of ammo.

Not saying that it can't be done solo... Just that solo probably requires that one specially geared and suited frame loadout using things unavailable to 90-95% of the community.

Not really, but to be honest, it wouldn't be a problem. You already basically have that with Warframe Market. It just rules out the added 3-10 minutes of messaging people to meet up in a dojo before canceling the trade because they have a trade tax and spending another 3-10 minutes.

Trying to find an item or group among a constant spam of various texts doesn't add anything to the game other than frustration.

It's very easy solo, just time consuming. The thing is, you don't even have to kill the spiders other than for the dropped canisters. They reset the heat gauge, that's true, but the more canisters you throw at the orb, the faster she overheats from her actions. After enough canisters even 3 small spiders won't be enough to cool her down.

It's doable solo, just takes more time. No special gear required, just make sure you can stay alive.
