I'm sorry, but it's a weapon that hits 100% status chance in a game where a mod like condition overload exists.
that's easily 180% damage on your 3rd hit if you're running a corrosive/blast combo.

are they op? quite possibly if you build right.
Well condition Overload isn't a good example, the mod is as rare as broken, but twin basolk definitively hits hard.
i've gotten several from farming polymer bundles
