on the last devstream they say sometime around this year, so maybe on december on november probably.
I'm still wondering when that Fomorian is gonna show up.

My best guess is late this month at the absolute earliest
Your problem is asking “exactly” but the creative director of Warframe stated “very soon” as a release date.

"TL;DR: Days Since Tennocon: 73 Days. Days left in 2018: 104. Fortuna comes on one of those 104 remaining days (along with more)! Ah! "

Steve's words are that we should get a mainstream update soon (my thoughts are likely this week or next week) and next big update after that will be Fortuna.

so before November.

As a more direct answer to your question, an exact release date absolutely will not be given by DE right up until the day the update actually releases.

Theres been alot of speculation on the reddit and forums, the most likely answer would be November since Mesa Prime drops in December along with the Fortuna "addons".

Nobody knows, not even DE. Think about it, the final stage of development is testing, you know roughly how long it will take to test but how do you know what problems will be found? You can't know, and if you could then there would be no reason to test it.

I work as a software developer (not for DE) and I never know when something will be released until it's ready for release. No matter how confident I am there's always the possibility of delays and it's not worth getting people excited just to end up delaying it.
