Hieracon - What's the benefit?
Excavation Lvl35-45, Excavators have the same HP as Venus, offer the same Cryotic per Excavator...

Why are so many people doing Hieracon farms instead?

tier 3 excavation gives better rewards.
there are 3 tiers of most missions, each tier gets respective rewards

23-30k credits a run (doubled with booster) for doing just one excavator, which can be done solo in under 3 minutes by a halfway-competent Frost. This makes it the best money per time invested outside of The Index.

There's also 400-endo rewards, Neo and Axi relics of all unvaulted varieties, plus the usual cryotic...

Plenty of reasons why Heiracon is popular.

Cholistan/Xini.... Excavation is PHENOMINAL for axi's when you're lucky.... but Xini Interception is much more consistent

Interception, though, is annoying to do solo. Excavation on Heiracon is braindead easy by comparison.

Xini/Bere/Cerebrus/Mithra = guarenteed axi on TWO Rotations. hieracon = not guarenteed on ONE rotation. if you dont get it then tough, youve gotta do another full c rotation.
result: Xini/Bere/Cerebrus/Mithra > Hieracon for just axi farming.

By the way, im talking about going with a team.

How much time do you take to reach finish rotation C Interceptions? defense? etc.

Because with excavations everybody can go do a different objectives. Last time we got 4 axi relics in less than 16min. Thats about 4min per each rotation C excavation.

Can you reach rotation C (interception or defense) in less than 4min?

Requires surviving 20 minutes to get to Rot C and get an Axi relic. Rot A and B are Lith and Neo relics respectively.

Rot C in Excavation can be done in as little as 4 minutes if you have 3 teammates, each one handling separate excavators. In the time you take to get one Axi relic almost guaranteed in ODS, you've had almost five chances for Axi relics on Heiracon.

Meh, i still prefer the less RNG-ish metod.
