Does leveling Peculiar Bloom do anything?

Wiki claims it affects the size of the flowers.

still baffling that DE decided to put stuff like this in when goofy holiday items are only allowed to be temporary because they'd be out of place

it is the step in the best possible direction

we need more peculiars, seeing flowers come out of enemies adds so much for so little imo
