huh, it should be tradeable, most things you can get there are if you haven't used them or put anything on them, maybe it's a bug

Every time baro brings something new or something that is new to him it's always untradable.

hm... sorta like "normal" frame parts; regardless of how asstearing impossible it is to farm them (re; Messa & Ivara...and now Ash it seems).

There should be a hotfix making it tradeable either later today or early next week; seems like this happens for a short while with every new weapon they give to Baro.

The usual bug with Baro weapons when they get released.

It is tradable once it is anounced that it is tradable in a patch, by default weapons are always untradable.
A release on baro means that by default said item is untradable, it becomes tradable when DE specifies the change in a patch.
