The store will disappear, yes, so spend your standing now.

Though your standing will carry over to the next time the event returns, so worst-case scenario is you'll just have to wait for the event to come back so you can get the stuff you want (that's how it worked this time at least).

The store from Nakak will stay for a day or two, but the standing will remain for further operations/events like Plague Star.

The way they talked when Plague Star came out the first time implied that they would be introducing different events later on that would use the same Operational Standing faction mechanic. So far, that hasn't happened, and they've just revived Plague Star for the people who weren't around to get its rewards the first time. Since the mechanic is still fairly new in terms of how many times it's been used so far, there's no way to really say when or even if it'll ever show up again.

There's really no way to tell when the plague star event will make a return. It took them about a year to bring the Acolytes back for a second run.

So for the operational supply, if it's the zaw parts and the augments you are after you are well advised to spend all your supply now because those things are specific to the plague star event (just like the operational supply points are specific to the plague star event). You may have to wait for a very long time if you don't get what you want now.

Just in case, with the way they described it and the way it actually worked from the first Plague Star, both Nakak's Operation Supplies and your unspent Operation Standing do disappear when the event is over; the only thing that remains is your 'level' with Operation Supplies, but not your points, so spend everything you have now.

This is the second time this event appears, and there were no other Operations that inveolved Nakak before, so we don't have any data to talk here - we only had one single break, and it was about, what, four-something months.

i think plague star is gonna be their go to event when ever they slow down on adding new content ,so maybe 3 months

Mine (and that of all people I talked to about it, including clannies) was completely wiped to 0, but rank stayed (both of these things, DE have mentioned in a post about the first Plague Star a while ago when it was due for release).
