at first I leveled up hexis and suda, then I leveled up meridian and with it red veil.
4 syndicates can be maintained at the same time
If you specifically focus on gaining standing for Red Veil and New Loka, you'll be able to get both Steel and Perrin allied to you at once in spite of their being mortal enemies to each other.

Honestly all the Specters are a waste of time and so don't base your choices off of that.

Rather look at the Frames you enjoy and which Syndicate has the Augment Mods for them.

-------

As said you can maintain 4 Syndicates very easily and the wiki has a solid guide on how to do this.

Mostly done through normal play anyways.

Lastly New Lakota has the worst kill squad. Those Ancients can be a nightmare in some maps. But even then leaving the room is an option or in most cases just killing them works.

I was surprise that PS doesn't have the Nidus augment mod considering that the Glast Gambit is where you get Nidus BP.

It does....
The nidus mod is obtainable from perrin sequence and steel meridian

Syndacates are simple... Pick right 3 or left 3. Two of the left 3 and two of the right three will be allied with eachother so can be raised quickly, and should be maxed out first. One of the three will be allied with a faction on the other side and should be maxed out after the two other have been raised. This will let you max out 4 of the 6 yourself. From anything specific to the other two factions you can either just trade platinum for any mods or weapons, or go through the headache of raising the two on one side without pissing off two on the other side too much.

If you collect emblems, you can get max rank with all 6 syndicates.

I don't think you can. Emblems act like normal standing so it will still decrease opposing and enemy syndicates' standing.

They do, but since the emblems come in different values you can more easily calculate things out so that you can balance standing reliably when things are getting close. I havn't done it personally since it's a VERY long and annoying process, but the math works.
