Will Prime Resurgence return/regal aya expiration?

So I bought 7 regal aya to get Targis Prime armor and some stuff, but just realized that Isabeau Prime syandana likely won't be added to rotations this time around cause it was in the Equinox Prime pack—and it's not in the cards. Got kinda worried - will our regal ayas expire in January when the event ends? Or we can save them for the next one?

Though the question is already answered, to those too lazy to check the page itself, note that

"many others" [www.warframe.com] when read in the FAQ page itself is a hyperlink to another page that shows exactly what will be available at the end of this, it's a long list, but basically you can still get:
Volt Prime, Valkyr Prime, Nyx Prime , Burston Prime, Fang Prime, Lex Prime and Braton Prime. Some 'Past Prime Gaming Gear' cosmetics, and Prime Noggles [Bobble-Head figures] for basically all the warframes that came back in this event.

Since stuff that will be available after this one is trash and, as far as I can see, there won't be any Isabeau Prime syandanas, for example. So basically is there any point to keep regal ayas besides twitch trash-primes after this event?

it seems, from my understanding, Varzia will stay for the forseeable future, she'll have less stuff. Aya is here to stay, and her shop is where unvaulted stuff will be. No longer will unvaulted relics be put back into drop tables. Instead, aya will be there, and we go get 'unvalted' relics and things from her.
