how to get pre new war settings ?

Try Creator mode in the settings. I have not tried it but when I got tired of Hologram Lotus I used Creator mode to make her look normal.

Creator Mode will get rid of every spoiler ingame, which isn't related to gameplay mechanics, which obviously also includes pictures and names of characters

But keep in mind, that it also gets rid of many cutscenes and dialogues in stories as well, so you might want to switch it off in these cases.

Other than that the only thing you can do about it is to create a new account and never play the New War Story line. These things are permanent, so that's what we've to live with now outside the creator mode.

that sucks because the fortuna and Cetus boutnys now have a smaller player pool. also i dont like the way the orb vallis looks now.
