Isn't regal aya removed since the big unvaulting event is over? People still have some if they bought it but you can't get any more afaik

In order to buy Regal Aya with Platinum, you first have to sell your soul to Darvo for 1 dollar.
In all seriousness you'll have to wait for the next Prime Resurgence to get Regal Aya at all.

You can't. Cash only. And its not tradeable. And its not in the game right now.
