Getting to Eurasia on Earth

A friend of mine has just started playing the game and is struggling to get from Cetus to Eurasia in order to unlock Mars; I'd unlocked Mars before Plains Of Eidolon was released, so I haven't a clue how to get there now; does anybody know what to do here?

You have to go to Cetus, talk to the guy by the gates, Konzu, then accept and complete one Bounty mission from him. Doing so should both unlock and clear the Plains of Eidolon starchart node past Cetus, allowing you to continue onward.
