Support team? perma banned?

Yes, Warframe is a great game but getting perma banned for saying something racist that I didn't even know? In region chat there was this guy named 'Xi_jun_ping_must_be_dead' and he was spamming racist things on chat. For real, I was sharing my view with Discord and somebody said "say chack jjang juk jjang" I thought it was some word in Chinese to be quiet or shut up, didn't know the word I said was racist. So I contacted the support team but they wouldn't help and all they say is "we have your chat as evidence and it is impossible to say without knowing the meaning." Really, is this what the support team has to say? Don't I have the rights to discuss about my wrong punishment? But the support team's answer is always about EULA and I violated it. Now the support team blocked my account and declared to ignore me. And my rank 0 second account is also perma banned for NO REASON I did not even receive an Email about it. And I can't make another account due to UNKNOWN ERROR COULD NOT MAKE ACCOUNT. The support team did not 'solve' my problem, they got rid of it. Or is my mistake nessesary to get perma banned? Sorry for my bad English. If there is anything that does not make sense, let me know. Thank you.

It's the region chat and anyone can speak if they want to. And I told you I had no idea what I said was racist. Also drunk drive and hitting someone by accident is a completely different thing. Drunk drive is illegal (In my country) but hitting someone by accident isn't something to get a serious punishment unless they get injured badly. But nobody in the region chat was insulted by me.

Yes you are right and I would be determined get a chat ban or week/month ban because I did something wrong. But DE must consider the severity of the violation and the number of violations and makes decisions. And I have the rights to complain about false/over charges. So if I take perma ban as an overcharge in this case, there is nothing wrong. But DE punished me the same way with someone who has a nickname 'Xi_jin_ping_must_be_dead' spamming racist words on region chat. Which makes me look like a racist too.

You are getting nowhere. Support has blocked you, and will do nothing. The people looking at this thread have no power, and can do nothing.
At this point your only useful action is to move on and uninstall the game as you can't play it and it's using disk space. It's over.

They should deal with users like that, but it has no relevance to your responsibility

DE has a zero tolerance policy. That means if you say something racist, you'll get a permanent ban, no matter your account's history. Yes, you have the right to appeal - you did do so and support found that you weren't mistakenly banned because you did type that phrase into chat.

That said, a lesson for the future: Never engage with anyone who violates the rules. Report them and move on.

This has nothing to do with China. Again: DE has a zero tolerance policy. Say something racist and you get banned. Had your friend been racist towards Black people they would have been treated the same way.

Yep well known DE has a zero tolerance policy. Many of us prefer this very hard line compared to the shamvles we had before.

Well I will say think of this, say you were CHinese or whatever and someone on discord told you to type the N-word in chat. You go do it, do you think you should be unbanned because you didn't know the meaning of the word?? I don't know what the meaning of what you typed was, but I'm assuming it's something similar. However, at the same time, I don't believe DE's policy of permabanning accounts for a single 'hate-speech' offense is fair, people should be chatbanned at most. But this is what they do and it's pretty well-known by most people who have frequented Warframe's forums that they are overly militant regarding speech and that should be taken into account when typing in a public WF chat.

Well.. if they have done all that then i guess there i no way to get you unbanned. Ever since people were getting banned for lightest things i stopped actively playing. Last weekend i came back to the game after a month just to finish all RJ missions with my boi and i still am scared. I bet you cant even say stuff like "Fk yeah" after getting a drop that you were after or things like that.. but as others are saying dont trust a stranger. You could have googled that word first and see what it means before posting it in chat without hesitation, but its also DEs fault that they ban instantly for something as crappy as this. If you will find a way to play again, remember you cant pretty much talk at all, you cant have an opinion or anything like that otherwise its a straight perma ban. Just play alone or with friends on comms and say whatever you please, just dont type it in chat.
