At this point your only useful action is to move on and uninstall the game as you can't play it and it's using disk space. It's over.
DE has a zero tolerance policy. That means if you say something racist, you'll get a permanent ban, no matter your account's history. Yes, you have the right to appeal - you did do so and support found that you weren't mistakenly banned because you did type that phrase into chat.
That said, a lesson for the future: Never engage with anyone who violates the rules. Report them and move on.
This has nothing to do with China. Again: DE has a zero tolerance policy. Say something racist and you get banned. Had your friend been racist towards Black people they would have been treated the same way.

Not exactly light... Copying words that you don't know the meaning of and using the excuse 'don't know what they mean but Im going to say them anyway' is the exact meaning of ignorance is not the same as innocent.
