You should use this. It's not really a direct answer but it does show you what other rivens for the same weapon have been selling for lately. Seems to be averaging around 230p
EDIT: According to Semlar's riven calculator, your riven has impossible stats.

I personally dont bother with then so cant be much more help than point you to Semlar.
Do NOT use semlar or any riven bot unless you want to scam people or anger anyone who actually frequents riven trading. I still don’t understand how so many players don’t realize how semlar is garbing. It calculates prices purely based off of trade chat sell listings, this is the price people are trying to sell it at, not the price it HAS sold at. Little timmy might see some players selling rubico Rivens that have crit chance for 1k plat ( accurate because rubico sort after meta weapon). Timmy gets a crit chance riven for twin vipers or some garbage, thinks he will sell it for 1k so spams trade chat for an hour, oh look crit twin vipers riven is worth 1k according to semlar.
Join a riven discord, or look at sold listings on riven.market, or just ask some of the high rep riven traders, they are usually online and happy to answer any questions.
Semlar is very very stupid and misleading, anyone who would try and pass off information gathered this way as relevant or useful would be shot in the statistics world.
It is a great source for finding actual pricing data. Many heavy riven traders would rather you not have any information except their information as they're trying to sell you a riven or buy your riven though.
You could easily prove your point that "timmy gets a riven and spams trade chat" inflates the price of a riven by finding at least 1 semlar graph showing that effect. From what I've seen, that is taken into account and each riven announced in trade chat is taken as 1 data point no matter how often it is spammed.
Of course, the people actually trying to skew riven prices to benefit them are also the ones that argue very loud against anything like Semlar that puts actual information out there.
Semlar doesn’t average data points, semlar is actual garbage, I just looked up my Cc/CD fulmin riven and it said 33p, but the one with stats so bad that it decreases your dps is 3000 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔. You can’t explain basic stats to people who didn’t finish high school. The one example of a problem I provided with semlar isn’t even the tip of the iceberg, the system doesn’t account for sample variance, it doesn’t even have an alpha set, it has nothing in place to eliminate outlier numbers. If you want to believe that its good without actually understanding how it works, then you do that. The real riven traders will be in the above 70 IQ corner.
The fact that trade information between players in the game isnt obtainable by anyone else. is reason enough to disregard Semlar, it’s not valid or reliable, then there is the countless flaws in how it calculates.

Semlar is riven pricing is a joke.
You can start selling base on Semlar's estimation, but you might not gonna get buyer. The thing with riven price is really based on the supply and demand of that certain weapon riven. If its good, and its popular, and lots of people want it, you can increase the price and vice versa.
Personally if I want to sell a riven I'll just post it and ask for offer, then check semlar and other riven price site and give or take on the price.
So, you can't provide even 1 example to prove your claim that Semlar is skewed by bad price spamming?? I'm nto surprised.

Every graph there shows an average line which is the price that's shown in the quick look.
Outlier numbers can't be clipped because, amazingly enough, with random stats on the same weapon riven, some are worth more than others. So the method of dealing with outlier numbers is to put them on the graph and link the stats on that particular riven at that price so people with a brain can see that the high prices are either because of great rolls or peolpe overpricing with crap rolls.
You point out how the second newest riven in the game has poor info for it without bothering to mention that there aren't enough of them out there yet to allow the tracker to gather good data, which anyone with a clue should realize. Not to mention new = overpriced just because it's new.
Keep putting up straw men trying to convince people to just pay the price you sell at or sell at the price you buy at instead of using an amazing source of information to prevent scamming riven traders.
Semlar tracks trade chat, so you will get a lot of overpriced garbage titled as "godly", so I wouldnt use that either.
riven.market is where its at. Lots of sellers and a good platform with prices set to be competitive, similar to warframe.market.
If you are looking for specific stats, just search on all the available tools and find a common ground and you're set.
