Trading/Selling Riven Mod Problem

Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a pickle.

I got two Veiled Mods (Pistol and Rifle) and not only am I at a rank and position I can't really do them, but I'm at the stage where I don't have 90% of the weapons needed to benefit from them and I was told, that they'd be worth more like this.

So I decided to make the best of it, shrugged, and tried to sell them, to a awfully nice player who actually helped me figure Trade mechanics and what price to work on, but when I went to trade my Riven Mods, it refused to display them and or let me sell them for the precious Platinum I wanted for Slots and Gifts.

It said I needed to be Mastery Rank 8, which I think is Bogus.
Is there anyway to get past that or work around it? I really don't think there should be a limit on such a thing.

Copy names and whisper one of these players. They'd more than likely buy it from you. Some Riven Mods require Mastery Rank 16 to equip so it's only half bogus for you.

Otherwise you can always just sit on them until you have the requirements to unlock & equip them.

You can’t trade riven mods PERIOD until mastery rank 8. Veiled, unveiled, receiving or selling. Doesn’t matter, mastery 8 requirement to trade any rivers. This takes a week to get, 2 weeks if you’re a casual. The restriction is their primarily to stop new players from launching too fast into the economy with lucky riven mods ( especially since everyone gets 1 mod free early on), it’s honestly fine.
