"The Vargeet II Ruhang blueprint can be purchased from Hok after reaching the rank of Trusted with the Ostron.
Speed Penalty: -0.083
Critical Chance: +14%
Status Chance: -8%
Damage Bonus: +14"
"The Vargeet Ruhang II blueprint can be purchased from Hok after reaching the rank of Surah with the Ostron.
Speed Penalty: -0.133
Critical Chance: +7%
Status Chance: -4%
Damage Bonus: +28"
So the more expensive one is slower and has less crit, but more status and damage. Probably similar scenario for the other one. Is that not what you are seeing in game?
Vargeet II Jai: +0.083 speed, +14% crit chance, -8% status chance, -4 damage
- Double Vargeet = more crit chance, least status chance
- Single Jai = lower damage penalty, less speed (can mod for more speed on a lower penalty)
Vargeet Jai II: +0.167 speed, +7 crit chance, -4% status chance, -8 damage
- Double Jai = more speed, least damage
- Single Vargeet = less crit chance, lower status chance penalty (you can mod for higher status chance with a lower penalty)
Note that more speed means more hits per second, which is useful for status procs, and enough hits per second can make up for a damage penalty
It's the same balance idea for Ruhang, just the opposite: Much more damage, much less speed
