new player - "you must possess an archwing" how to get it?
I'm new to this game, only 15 hours so far, so I know very little about it.

I wanna start mission "Montes" on Venus planet, but I'm suppose to aquire this "Archwing" (whatever that thing is). How can I complete this quest? Right now, this quest isn't listen on my quests tab objectives.

You need to progress further in the story till you get access to mars, you really want to focus more on the ground stuff to be honest though you need completely different mods for archwings, guns and melee weapons.

Ok. And what about leveling? As I understand every warframe and every weapon has it's own lvl, and I play now with Excalibur mainly with melee weapon as it does most dmg. Does that mean when I buy other warframe I will have to do every mission all over again to level up or am I missing something?

You won't have to do the missions over again but you will need to play/grind to level up your frames. You may wind up doing it multiple times for a frame or weapon, it's actually not a big deal as later on you'll find a mission that'll let you fully level a frame or weapon in 20-60 min.

You don't have to do the previous low level missions again to level up your warframe. You can do the higher missions too as long as you keep a high level weapon with you and you can join in the usual survival or defense missions with others to keep the heat off you while you level up while still contributing something.

Though, while it's just a personal suggestion, never level up your frame and weapon at the same time, you're just asking for a headache since you'd find yourself struggling every now and then if you're fighting higher level enemies with low leveled warframes and melee weapons. Always go for having a good leveled warframe with a low level weapon or a low level warframe with a high level melee weapon.

Focus in opening all the planets, ground missions and quests first. Archwing, K-drive, Open worlds and Railjacks you can do later...

I myself did not do this when I started in November. I got my K-Drive on Venus when I could, got my archwing when I could. Though the Railjack I did get when I did have all the missions on each planet done.

As you level things up in warframe you get mastery rank xp as you collect these your weapons, frames etc will start with more points for mods on them.
So for example if you get to mastery rank 5 you will have 5 points to spend on mods from the get go and if you keep playing and get to rank 30 all your weapons will act as if they are fully levelled.

So leveling weapons and Warframes is just from experience you gain in a mission.

You may have to repeat missions to grind experience, but it's not so bad. There's a few things you can do that gain experience at faster rates than anything else, such as a few of the defense missions and Sanctuaray Onslaught. But realistically you can do whatever you want.

Yeah, it seems I can do whatever I want in this game, I just want to get into it faster and start grinding endgame with most challenging misisons.
In all fairness many people will tell you that the endgame is first and foremost fashion frame then maybe collecting things and probably stuff like sanctuary onslaught, arbitrations, sorties, steel path, endurance runs on endless missions but this is still regarded as fairly weak sauce in comparison to endgame content in over games.

I recommend not rushing breakneck through the star chart or your arsenal and mod collection will pay the price especially if you miss out on some of the essential and powerful mods.

End of the day just focus on having fun.
