Energy Siphon, Energy Pads & Later down the line......
so thats what its called did not know there is aura mod for energy regen thanks
Zenurik school is a good way to get energy later in the game.
Energy Pizzas. Spam them when you are running low.

You can get the blue prints, 10x from syndicate and the 100x from clan dojo.

i am very new so i dont know what energy pizza is also i am hoping for a hp/regen or self sustain kinda deal if its possible i dont need a lot of energy but having constant regen would be nice
You should get a flawed Equilibrium in the first few hours/days of play.
Don't get rid of it.
It's basically the only one you'll ever get and it can be useful when paired with certain companion mods.

Squad Energy Restore
Squad Health Restore
Squad Shield Restore
Squad Ammo Restore

Get the blueprints, add items to your gear wheel and bind them to a hot key.

ah i see yeah i got squad hp and energy stuff but i mean these are nice but i dont want my whole build to rely on using consumables i was hoping for some passive regenartion on the times when you just run around non combat
Well the good news is, that later down the line with Zenurik focus and Arcanes (way, way later) energy becomes much less of an issue. The bad news is, that your early game energy economy is gonna suck somewhat.
As others have mentioned, the aura Energy Siphon will give you at least a bit of regen but it's pretty slow all things considered.
I also wouldnt recommend going for consumables, if you are just starting out. The resources you need for them are laughable later on but early game you should'nt waste them for these imo.
One more thing I can think of would be to use either "Hunter Adrenalin" or "Rage" both are mods that restore a good bit of energy whenever you take Health damage. It's probably not sustainable for caster frames but it gives you energy whenever you might need it most.
I wouldnt expect you to have those mods yet but if you ask nicely someone can probably hand you a copy of HA, people should have gotten tons of these from Plague star and I think they are one of the more common rewards from the Ghoul event on the Plains.

Hunter adrenaline converts 45% health damage to energy. Combined with the melee mod that gives you 10 health per status inflicted and the regen aura mod, it works well - even without the Zenurik school
i dont know why ppl recommend energy restore pads but i guess its the only way for starters (also u can try some specific frames who dont rely on energy at all, like lavos or garuda, hildryn )
There are many decent ways to keep ur energy topped:

- mods like hunter adrenaline and rage, converts damage taken to health into energy, obviously u will need to be able to withstand heavy damage and restore health ( skip for now i guess )
- arcane energize + flow/primed flow combo, pricey arcane and mod but its 100% worth it, arcane increases the amount of energy picked up from orbs and the mod lets u to walk around with tons of energy

- spoilers: zenurik school, basically u will be able to restore ur energy over time at a faster pace than energy siphon ( it wont be enough in the endgame )
- helminth ability infusion, there is protea and there is gara, both have abilities to restore energy ( gara needs an augment mod for it, called spectrosiphon ) again spoilers, u can transfer those abilities to simply regenerate energy whenever u want ( with gara's augment u will have to kill enemies to actually get the energy orbs )

long story short: orbs are the main source anyway, zenurik helps a lot if u run into leech (mob who drains ur energy instantly to zero )

Gotta add up that dethcube companion can passively give u energy orbs for kill assists with its augment mod, but companions die quick and unless ure nyx with assimilate mod or protea with that new mod which lets u revive robotics, dethcube is a meh option ( i used it with nyx back in the days cus she can make sure robotics stay alive )

Definitely one of the only reliable ways for a beginner. Everything you listed technically works, but is nowhere in reach for newcomers
Energizing dash, arcane energize
all of these tips is a lot for noob like my but i will look into these playstyles thank you everyone for your help
