Very Unhappy about cosmetic rewards being redon

I think it is a mistake to give away the cosmetics from previous nightwaves again in intermissions, feels to me like it cheapens the whole gimmick.

That is something I guess. But I still feel it devalues the actual events, a personal opinion I understand, but its how I feel over it. Many of the old MMOs would have items that where from one off events cosmetic or otherwise, sometimes even unique, always seemed cool, this not so much.

For the most part this is how it's been, there is very little that is 100% exclusive in this game besides the Founders' pack. As much as I enjoy having exclusive items myself, I try to remember it's just a video game and in reality people aren't all that impressed with your virtual goodies, and I tend not to feel bad about my stuff not being exclusive anymore.

As a player who's missed out on events in a variety of games because life intervened, I find the re-issue of cosmetics and such a relief, something that calms to FOMO when you can't grind on Orphix or nightwave acts for a week because everything is on fire at work, for example. This is a pure quality of life improvement.

2) if you have them you get credits instead

Intermissions will ALWAYS bring older stuff back for people who did not get it.
NEW NW chapters bring new stuff.

DE finally realized that NW does not work at the pace they are putting it out and they are making next one simpler. I hope they stick with that.

I never claimed to be, I have missed out on plenty of things, sometimes it sucks but you get over it. An equal claim could be maid for those who insist that if they miss an event the still deserve to get it, could be labeled entitlement. Well, that's unfortunate. But like I said, this isn't exactly new to Warframe, almost everything that has ever been released has come back or will come back at some point. I'm trying not to just dismissively say "get over it" or "get used to it" but you should at least expect it, especially considering past intermissions also brought back cosmetics from previous full/proper nightwaves.

I get that side of it, I would have missed out on a fair bit of Glassmaker had it not been so extended. But I still feel it undermines the process to repeat the rewards especially when the mechanics for a give season are so minimal.

Yes, I am used to it, just think it is unfortunate, my opinion does not seem to be a popular one though. Does make me appreciate PoE a lot more though, and all the older MMORPGs I used to play and their respective devs.

One of the things an older MMORPG I used to play did was after the period of an event which would normally include a boss fight in an extended dungeon or series of dungeon they would keep the content available but change the colour of one or more of the main rewards to differentiate the event items for the post event ones, in all other ways they would be same. Maybe a minor cosmetic modification to distinguish original from later ones might be an idea.
