No fish spawning with bait?

Trying to do my nightwave stuff right now and I've currently wasted a like of murkray bait trying to get them (Or any fish) to spawn. Nothing is popping up at all and it's pretty frustrating. Anyone else having this issue?

I’ve had the most luck with the sentinel that marks hotspots, then make sure you’re in the right location for the murkrays

Equip the fishing rod and stay crouched, eventually they will spawn.

Catch every single one of them to free up more spawn slots.

Don't you mean ADS by holding right click?

Don't think I have ever caught a fish by crouching...

They only spawn for me when I hold down right click with the fishing rod. Maybe they will spawn if you just hold it? IDK I always hold right click anyway.

When I came back to warframe after all the eidolon stuff got added, in a fishing tutorial someone said you have to crouch by holding ctrl, so I do that since then and if I wait enough then fish do spawn.

For some reason it always seems like fish spawn more when my fishing spear isn't active. It may just be me, though. Oxylus comes more in handy if that's the case, since the bubbling sounds don't play without the spear active.

So for me I think I found the issue. I went out in my instance as "Solo" but once I went in with an "Invite only" thing then it worked perfectly. I'm not sure why fish where spawning in that and not solo, but Warframe is weird that way.
