can we opt out of the Kuva lich stuff?
All this amounts to for a player like me is losing resources constantly.

I don't have the ability to kill them or whatever, I don't know how, and it's above my pay grade.

I don't think so, your best option is probably to recruit someone to help you finish it off. Then if you don't want to just never touch the lich again. Even if you down them.

If I was a newer player and ran into this system I would have quit. Like, very unfun experience thus far.

You have to kill this one.

After that whenever you stumble onto a Kuva Larving just don't finish it off with your parazon and you won't get a new one.

Good news is that you will get all your lost resources once you do kill the Lich.

All resources will be return to you if you kill them, they dont take it actually more like investment or bank LOL... if you manage to kill one you'll be like holy f*ck im rich feeling after the mission. just keep running with it on public surely more players you party with are high level

Once you summon the lich you gotta finish the deed. Get your perizon and start hunting. If the enemy level is still too high ask for help from clan/recruitment chat.

Your best bet is to do some research into how to properly mod your 'Frames and weapons, then just deal with this guy and be done with it. People may be able to advise you if you want to share what your options are right now.

I mean a fresh lich only takes something like 5-10% of the resources you get, and only on the one planet they control. If you are super unlucky they might take a mod you really wanted or something, but I really don't see how it is too much of an issue overall. Just ignore it until you are strong enough, and get all the resources back eventually anyway.

If you activated a lich, you have to kill it. They planned to have a way to pause it for as long as you wanted, but decided not to do it.
If you don't have an activated lich, just don't activate the larvling, and it's all good.

Sounds like a YOU problem... Perhaps paying more attention or doing some research will fix it.

Yeah I'm a big scrub.
Then here's how you fix it.

First, farm thralls to find out which requiem mods you need and earn requiem relics. Avoid intercept, excavation, and any missions that distract you from going after thralls. Keep going until you learn all three parts of the requiem sequence.

Second, open the relics on kuva fortress void fissures. Keep farming and opening relics until you have all the requiem mods you need. Kill more thralls or do kuva siphons if you need more relics.

Finally, equip the right req. mods to your parazon, and start trying them on the lich. There are only six possible combinations once you know which mods to use.

If you don't already have a frame that do the job, I recommend a Valkyr built for 175% efficiency and rage. Valkyr is uniquely suited to melee domination, and liches are too slow to avoid you. Her Hysteria ability will keep you healed and prevent damage from the lich's command grab.

So how do I get those relics?
Flamboyant May 29, 2021 @ 1:35pm
U can get the mods instantly, they are like 10p on wf market.
You get the relics in kuva missions ( any kuva siphon mission can drop it ), since u dont know which mods u need and in which order u gotta place em - farm a whole bunch of the mods before trying to kill the lich, usually it doesnt take long to figure out the order. Good luck

The necessary relics can drop from killing thralls as well as kuva siphons and kuva floods (kuva floods having a guaranteed relic drop)
