you can filter for "only blueprint" to see them, but i do believe some credit items wont even need to be built (you get them right away when you purchase them) so these wont show up if you filter for blueprints.
to be extra clear on the market part: i am only talking about items available to purchase with credits - not platinum.
you can of course spend platinum if you want, but clearing out the credit items is a good thing to do since they are easy to get.
you can also get some moa companions from fortuna.
in general, try to equip as many non-mastered items as you are comfortable with.
ideally in all slots (warframe, primary, secondary, melee, companion, archwing, archgun, k-drive, necramech) but you may want to keep one good and modded weapon in one of the slots.
and a personal recommendation is to the maximize your grinding by doing something that gives you other rewards while at it.
defense missions will give you relics as mission rewards, for instance.
and a defense node such as helene will also give you orokin cells as drops.
if the node also hosts a fissure, you will get void traces on top of that.
bottom line is to be smart about it and maybe mix it up a bit, so you dont burn yourself doing only one thing.
