Oull Requiem and Requiem Ultimatum not equipable

I don't know if I forgot something or if it is a bug, but I have 3 Oull mods for my parazon and none of them show up when I go to upgrade. Same with the ultimatum. It doesn't show up when I try to add the gear to my gear wheel.
The one oull mod and ultimatum that I got gifted in the inbox message worked perfectly fine, but the one I got from the sisters are nowhere to find.
Do I have to claim them somewhere or am I missing something else?
