I just hit legendary rank 1 ten minutes or so ago at posting. Who else has grinded all the way to the current top?

What exactly where you expecting for a reward?

Something to make gaining that rank worthwhile. Maybe free slots. Maybe a 25% increase to credits, drop chance, drop amount, or xp. Whatever you choose. I don't know. A core isn't needed.

I was hoping for a new Sumdali, but I guess it'd be silly to wish for something new every rank post MR30.

Yes, Legendary 2 and 3 are also there in relay now.

Yup. Test is rather simple tho.
No abilities, just your primary weapon. 3 waves, kill stuff, don't die.

Congratulations. I'd do it if DE was more friendly to solo players (companions are a hassle to level solo), bad internet. 1400+ ping, so no groups for me.

Pretty trash 'rewards' for something called legendary.
+500 void trace storage.
+ 10-20% permanent resource boost (just for L1 not for each afterwards).
+5 slots (all slots, companion, weapon, warframe etc.)
Unique syndana, glyph and symbol (what you put on your frame).
+ 1 legendary core
~ then all that you got anyways.

To me that's worth a bit more than what you got. Still, nice job though.

I don't get why it's called legendary 1 if nothing is different, except for the legendary core. Personally I didn't even expect to see any further MR tests from MR30 onwards, and I certainly didn't expect any additional rewards. This is essentially no different from reaching MR31. They even kept the bronze -> silver -> gold progression.

Have to say I felt more epic with a higher number and gold plaque next to my name than I do with my current number 1 and bronze plaque. ;/

Most MR rewards were small. This was what most ranks were plus a core worth 20kendo/200+ plat. What the hell are you people complaining about?
