Could someone give me some tips on how to get Trunma and Sepulcrum fast? I'm lost in this

Talk to Father. You can get the shard from Grandmother.

Assuming you know how to get the parts and are only bothering with the required tokens (if not see @Fake's comment above):

Do some of the Deimos Vault runs (preferably with a loot booster active) and open the final door; those rooms contain a bunch of deimos goodies you can trade with Otak, Sister and Father for their respective tokens (which can then be in turn be used to get Grandma tokens and subsequently the glass shards).
You'll need the Scintiliant you find the the Vault Runs anyway, afaik.
Use the Mother tokens you get in the process to pay for the BPs from Dad.

Rep is easy, just play bounty and trade a lot with father. For resources required if you see some broken pillar with ancient words like your perizon mod, activate it with void beam and generally kill enemy with your operator around the pillar.
