advice on a high strength oberon build using umbral mods
I have been trying to come up with something that would work well and would like feedback
Aura: Steel charge
Mods: Rage, Blind Rage, Flow, Transient Fortitude, the 3 Umbral mods, Augur Message

Personally I would cut that Blind Rage out, effiecenty is important.

I don't find the low efficiency to be a problem normally as rage lets me generate energy really fast
but i'l try it out, what should I replace it with?
edit: I could replace Augur with Primed continuity, and blind rage with streamline

What are you planning on using this build for? Maybe you could add an augment to further fulfill that role.

High level tank and support I guess

Oberon isn't a tank. Don't try to build him as one.

He can absolutely be a tank with the help of a constant Renewal/Phoenix Renewal build. I use him all the time for any sorties/missions I feel I'm going to have to babysit because I'll be staying alive a lot longer than anyone else.

alright so If i switch transient with primed contin and auger with phoenix It gives me a revive while keeping active cost low while not nerfing the other abilites

Problem with Oberon as a 'tank' is that starts to fall apart when enemeis can outdamage his heals. Armor on him can only go so far. Oberons EHP isn't that high.

That's not true.

It takes a long time for that to happen. Rolls and outkilling them. Trust me, it's my best babysitting frame when I decide to brave public games.

Regardless of if my statement is true or not that's not what my question was

What is your current revised build?
Katie Nov 20, 2018 @ 2:41pm
Rage, Blind Rage, Flow, Pheonix, the 3 Umbral mods, primed contin, steel charge

Not exactly a "high strength" build but here is my Oberon that I built mainly for keeping Eid lures alive (haven't really played Trinity too much) and it is a solid build for most sorties as well. Guess it would be considered more of a "balanced" build.

I'm thinking something like that but switch augur and power drift for blind rage

I think you've forgotten about Adaption, pretty much everyone can tank (those with a decent health pool at least)
