Non-founder here, everything in game there is gets you like 50 points above Mr30.

So it is in game, but I will not be getting it now because I do not want to unlock that R10 Gunner perk in Railjack and have stupid aimbot bs to piss me off.

It is so true... Ill stop you right there my friend, back in the day you could level items over and over again 'till you got max MR. I would encourage to do some research yourself.

Since the mastery from repeating items was removed and ranks didn't go up automatically even when they could repeat items, it it very unlikely that anyone hit mr30 from that removed feature. It isn't a defense available for people that have prematurely unlocked the MR30 achievement without actually earning it.

MR30 is officially reachable now. And MR30 test has been made available for practice several weeks ago. In order to reach it you dont have to be a founder. Although you will have to:

• Clear the start chart;
  
• Clear the star chart in Steel Path mode;
  
• Master every single item of equipment (except for founders pack) that is available today (warframes, weapons, companions, sentinels and their weapons, archwings, archguns, archmeles, k-drives, opertor amps);
  
• Max out Railjack intrinsics.

Mastery Rank 30 is only recently possible with the latest update. Unless is was in the beta version of the game, releveling weapons did not ever get more points toward Mastery Rank.

The difference between founders and regular players is that they have up to 12k more mastery depending on their founder tier. Before this update the highest tier founders were 3k mastery away from MR30 and non-founders were 15k away. This update added 3 new weapons and 1 new frame, which is equal to 15k mastery.

Not so sure what you mean by recently. It has been possible to reach (and rank) MR29 for more than four months.

That's true. My given value of "recently" was not the best. It's hard with a game as old as Warframe, i still remember the focus-rework as "not too long ago", but for somebody starting out with Railjack, even Xaku might not be recent anymore. How time flies...

I dont have founders but I have enough MR to hit MR30 with exactly 2mr left over. just remember you need to complete 10/10/10/10, all nodes on both difficulties etc
