Install Cephalon Cy in your dry dock

Ok... how? I'd think it would be done from one of the consoles in the dry dock, but I've gone around the whole dry dock up and down ten times and nothing prompts me to install it...

If you haven't crafted Cy yet, fast-travel to the Dry Dock and then use the left-side console to pick up the blueprint

If you have, go to the console in the middle of the room, and it should be useable

I researched it, and crafted it. After crafting, I got that message in the inbox from it. Then I went to my dojo, and I'm in the middle of the room. There's a console there, an icon for it on the map even, but it's not interactable.
