for purposes of heavy attack build - none, both are exactly the same.

Bullet dance if you want to have a wonderful seizure. (Tho it does feel a bit faster than HN, but could be just my imagination)

It depends on your preference, and I prefer Bullet Dance

Oh man, I saw this post about Redeemer Prime and panicked because I couldn't remember if I had one already. Logged in just to check. Whew, I'm good. Redeemer is one of favorite weapons.
