There is an option in the settings to turn that off for more saturated colours.
OP said in the reddit link that legacy color is off , color correction also and drivers up to date.
Feels like he should mention this here also.
They are all on Mars in the sun. No wonder everything's washed out.
The game's HDR lighting is making everything look desaturated in the overly bright environment.
Try having another look in one of the Grineer galleons, or on one of the Earth maps.
