Warframe system is still broken! Innocent people getting BANNED!!!

After a long hiatus I came back to this game.
I joined a random pub Railjack team and before I was able to do anything I was bombarded with hate messages from the other players.
Seems they had pretty bad runs before and wanted to release their anger on me, behavior of stupid children.
I wouldn't care and just put them on ignore but they got so toxic they told me repeatedly to "kill myself" also that they would "kill my mother" and for some reason "kill my dog?" I don't have dogs lel?!?
So I reported all 3 of them and put them on ignore.

Couple of days later I receive 4 messages from DE telling me that action has been taken against these 3 toxic players BUT ALSO AGAINST ME?????
Wait what????

DE banned them but also SUSPENDED my in-game chat for excessive profanity use?

I called them out during the game saying things like:
"Are you STUPID? I just joined the game, I had no time to grief the game for us!"
and
"IDIOTS, you will get banned for telling people to kill themselves and sending death threats!"

Guess what, just because these 3 toxic players reported me at the same time, DE and their pathetic system decides that saying words such as "stupid" and "idiots" is Excessive Profanity!!!?!?!!

Since the last time, I understood the game is trash, DE don't care about the community, their system is broken and people are banned left and right for using chat. Moderators are corrupt little homophobic racists that ban people for saying they come from Nigeria because the country's name Nigeria has "supposedly" the N-word in it. That is beyond racist.
A friendly discussion between players ends with a girl admitting she is lesbian and getting banned from chat for "homophobia"??? Are you serious?
She said "lesbian" in the context of herself not as an insult slur against someone else.

THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN BEYOND BELIEF!
IT IS A LITERAL MINEFIELD!

Want to trade? Never use trade chat, just go to the warframe.market website.
Want to talk to people? Forget about in-game chat and ONLY talk through Discord.
Meet toxic players? Don't even report them, just put them on ignore otherwise you will end up like me, an innocent victim swept under the generalizing brush of DE's broken fkng system!!!

that girl should be permabanned for bringing her private life into a chat, that just wants to play the game and focus on it.

there should be no second chances for such private talk.

your suspension is also A-ok. You took the fight and then reported them. Next time choose if you want to fight or if you want to report people.

For future do not respond to them with coarse language, which is a rule violation. If you want to contest their behaviour you can do so calmly without insulting them. A simple "I just joined and I haven't even played with you, why are you so upset with me?" would probably have sufficed. If you insult them back you are no different than they are.

Shouldn't have called them out? You know what that sentence even means?
You call people out on their bad behavior, you point at the wrongdoing and put the person under question of common sense.
That is at least what reasonable adults do.
You know what is the opposite of it? Keeping silent and walking away.
That is the wrong choice in life.

Someone steps on your foot in the bus, you don't just silently endure like a beta. You call them out and say "excuse me you stepped on me" which in return you will get a "oh my terribly sorry, won't happen again. Have a nice day." That is civility. That is standing your ground and not being a pushover.

Me calling them out with: "are you stupid? don't you realize saying such things might get you banned? or "I haven't even done anything good or bad yet, why are you attacking me out of nowhere, are you idiots?" is calling out. Nothing insulting about it.

Yet I get punished too for using innocent permissible words from the English dictionary???

SURE in HINDSIGHT, knowing how Broken the system is, the best decision is to ignore everyone and just report wrongdoers. But only in Hindsight.

While I agree with you you were, by your own witness account, far less severe than they were. I think our opinion on that is fairly irrelevant because DE clearly thought you were not an innocent party in this affair. Regardless, as you seem pretty worked up by now; if you got a warning ban feel free to imagine what happened to them. Because I'd imagine it'd be worse.

Overall though, I think you'd do better in life if you just accepted this emotionally and moved on. You can of course appeal it on their official site if you think you have a case.

I filed a ticket but had no response yet.
I would have dropped this case because DE is not going to fix anything, let's be honest.
But today I wanted to buy a mod from the warframe.market and could not chat up the seller because my chat was suspended. That in turn is what worked me up to reveal this whole situation here.

Why do I have to suffer for helping? In the future I won't ever communicate with strangers.

I stood by because this is their problem. The French player did not know how to ignore and endured the insults from this toxic mr26 player.
I didn't even try helping because that is how DE conditioned us to behave. They rule us with in iron fist of fear. Now I just ignore the toxic player and move on.
The only ones I can trust are my clan mates, and only because I talk to them on Discord..

It was probably because you stooped to their level. At least this time we have some honesty here, though. Most people who complain about being "unfairly" dealt with or banned don't admit what they actually did.

Differently from the Steam forums where certain people or trolls you ignore are still able to bother you, in Warframe ignoring them blocks them totally.

General and trade chat are just better to be deleted or ignored as well.

Your best bet is to stay calm, take a screenshot and report it.

Or you could explain to the player how to ignore someone. And encourage them to not take that person's word as gospel. You don't need to end up in a shouting match.

That is exactly my point.
What if I engage in ANY kind of conversation and DE deems it offensive and I get banned.
"Oh hey, this dude is harassing you, click here to ignore him :D" No thanks me and him both hate you, catch a report! Bam banned!
or trying to encourage him: "Hey don't listen to him, put him on ignore and let's just finish the mission :D" No thanks I don't need help from a friendly player, I'd rather be showered with insults by this toxic player than talk to you, catch a report! Bam banned!

No matter how I act, ACCORDING to DE I will get banned either way.

But with a minefield of a chat system and how broken it is, I think such fears are justified.
