Best way to get Iradite and Grokdrul?

So I've been fishing in PoE and I guess that only gives fish oil. I'm still trying to get my Archwing to fly around on. Whats the best way to get these items?

Do bounties. If you go around and break things, you won't get that much. I seem to always get multiple from each node when in a mission.

Or, just go to higher level areas of the map. That may also make more drop from nodes.

Iradite just spawns randomly in the plains afaik. Grokdrul spawns in containers in grineer bases, can’t miss it. Higher level areas/bounties drop more.

Damn its kind of a grind to get 50 grok and 50 iradite

Grab the highest level bounty to increase the map level. Then do a lap around the and to break all the grokdrul and iradite containers. Repeat.

wait do any of the bounties even give Iradite? I've seen the lowest one give Grokdrul but none of them seemed to give iradite.

sometimes they do. It's not worth betting on.

the higher the bounty, the higher the map level, the more resources you get per deposit. (usually 5x at max)
this applies with all maps, not just PoE. vallis and everything else.

This. Instead of entering in the regular free roam, take the highest level mission and gather (you don't need to do the actual bounty), because you get something like 5 from each container at that level.
