Try this, energy restores. You can buy the blueprints from the market for credits then build them at your foundry.

Well, another option is to look into getting the Hunter Adrenaline or Rage mods. These mods give you energy whenever you take health damage.

https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Rage

They're both a little tricky to get though. Rage has a rather low drop chance, and Hunter Adrenaline is dropped by certain ghouls on the Plains of Eidolon and they're really only around much during the ghoul purge event on PoE. If you've bought or traded for plat though, you can buy Hunter Adrenaline for as low as 5 plat from some sellers.

The more expensive option is Arcane Energize, and if you want you can try the Zenurik Operator tree for energy regen.

Arcane energize is a "mod" kinda thing that you can equip in your Warframe upgrade menu. Located on the right of the mod slots, it is good to invest in them as they add benefits on top of the mods you have.

Zenurik is spoilers if you have not done Second Dream, unless you dont care you can look it up at Warframe wiki.

You will need to have the Neptune Junction completed.

There's also Exodia Brave (Energy Regen on Melee Heavy Attack Kills), available from Hok in Cetus. Though, you need to reach 'Kin' with the Ostron to be able to obtain it, and it can only go on Zaws.

With some luck (or buying Imprints from other players), you can get a Sahasha Kubrow. Their Dig ability frequently pulls up Energy Orbs. And they almost always dig during the loading transitions, so you'll start with a bit of a boost.

Probably not the most efficient, but maybe the most accessible at your stage without spending real money (albeit with some RNG).

there's also the aura mod Energy Siphon, which slowly regenerates your energy, tho I don't know when exactly you can get it

Equip Streamline and Fleeting Expertise (you get that one from vaults on Deimos nodes).

By stacking them you can reduce your energy cost by up to 75%. I got them quite early and was able to spam abilities all I wanted ever since.

Start leveling your syndicates. You can get a blueprint for energy restores from Arbiters of Hexis and The Perrin Sequence. Until you get the blueprint from them get the small energy restore. Also mods like Streamline, Flow and Continuity will help you.
