Her Sonar is the strongest buff in game, just her passive suggests stealth and you can't do that unless you make your game sound like ♥♥♥♥.
a long range, low cost quake will incapacitate all enemy (except nullifiers) in a very large radius, they just stand there getting shot by your team-mates. I can quake for over 20 min without stopping, trivializing high end enemy in a group.
Sonar can get well over a 10X multiplier. I use hunter-orange so my team can see the spots and hit them easily against all enemy types.
between these two abilities, she is a powerful asset to any group.
you can also set up quake to do damage and kill moderately high end enemy slowly over time but its very slow and the drain/sec is MUCH higher than the CC use. You can also augment it into a nuke instead of a stand still ability. Its never going to be a top-tier aoe (maybe its me but the range where the damage is effective on higher level guys is too small), but with sonar on the tough guys and this on the weak trash, its not a bad setup.
solo tip: a spread-shot weapon or full auto makes it easier to hit your marks. I always liked a shotgun, some of the pellets hit the marked areas and boom.
still I do not feel she needs damage, just survivability that's not ass.
