Day / Night change

I need specific items that only spawn at Day. How can i see when a mission will be Day time

you need the flowers for titania, the silver grove, i guess. 4 hours is a cycle on earth and you can quickly see it when you look at the names of the common flowers all around you in a mission, sometimes the weird skybox doesnt help.

the earth cycle changes at 12, 4, 8am, and 12, 4, 8pm Eastern Standard Time.

If you mean earth and not the plains(earth and plains have different day/night timers), there is no way in-game of seeing what time it is apart from starting a mission

Outside of the game you can check warframe hub for the timer

You can't. You have to keep the times of day in ur mind. You have to check every 4 hours starting from 12
