If you are having trouble getting enough, consider just getting a lot more forma. It takes more time and specific gameplay to use forma but it is the alternative when you can't get a reactor or catalyst.
Catalyst and Reactor blueprints do also have a chance of being the listed reward for Invasion missions when they pop up, though those aren't particularly frequent either.
Here's a better answer.
Buying Reactors and Catalysts from Nightwave is a poor value, 75 creds for 20 plat value is awful. You're much better off running other missions that farm stuff for plat, then buying the reactors/catalysts for 20p from the official market. The player trade market is robust, and you can perform basic price checking using warframe.market. There's plenty of sites/videos/etc. that discuss ways to farm plat, do some reading to figure out which methods are available to you right now.
If you insist on selling your nightwave creds for plat, buy the in demand aura mods instead and sell them in a later week. Even if you let them go cheap for 10p each, 10p for 20 creds is a much better return than 20p for 75 creds, that's like double the value. And if you price up to 15-20, then the disparity is even greater. Still wouldn't recommend actually selling auras, but it does highlight why buying reactors/catalysts from nightwave is an even worse proposition.
As far as I know we don't know when it will end (they will announce it well ahead, though). When the season changes, all your creds will be unusable (I think I read you can sell old ones for credits, but that's it). So you can stack your creds for a while yet, just have to spend them before the end.
