How do you get the Kuva Brakk?
I don't exactly understand what the wiki is trying to say. There doesn't seem to be a regular blueprint and imply crafting it. No prime parts. Am I supposed to equip a regular Brakk and go kill a Kuva Lich with it?

Please help.

hi

to get the kuva brakk you need to kill a lich that has a kuva brakk... However, when you spawn a lich larvling, it gets a kuva weapon at random !

to make sure your new lich will have a kuva brakk, look carefully at the larvling before killing it, it should show which weapon it will get just above his head... if it is not the weapon you want, don't kill it, end the mission and retry...

You need to obtain a Lich that is wielding a Kuva Brakk, and then Vanquish them to recieve their Kuva Brakk.

If you currently have a Lich, deal with them to free up the space. Then head to Sedna, Adaro is where I usually go, and find and defeat a Larvling. While it is waiting to be finished off with your Parazon the weapon the Lich will have will be displayed above them, if it is not a Kuva Brakk, Finish or leave the mission without finishing it off.

Once you find one with a Kuva Brakk 'mercy' it, then vanquish the resulting Lich to get yourself a Kuva Brakk.

The same essentially goes for all other Kuva Weapons too.

https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Kuva_Lich/Progenitor in this link you can see what element your weapon will have upon vanquishing a kuva lich based on the warframe you killed the larvling with. i reccomend toxin for toxin because you can build viral or corrosive.

My brain hurts. Haven't played in years. Back in my day we farmed blueprints, mats and prime parts.

So... I need to find, injure and capture a kuva larvling. Then I need to spawn the larvling into a lich. If it has the gun I need, do NOT kill it, mercy and let it live.

Sedna, Adaro for farming larvlings.

Was all that correct?

Heat, Toxin, Radiation, are all good, heck I might even wind up with Cold on mine since it'd serve the same purpose as Toxin for me (Increase Viral's proc rate since my build has Primed Heated Charge on it)

Yes, except for the last part. The best and quickest mission for larvlings is Cassini, Saturn. You do have to kill larvlings to mercy them, they kneel down and they only die when enough time has passed. If you don't care about them, leave them be after they're defeated. If you're not being invaded by someone, you have like...15 seconds to kill a few enemies to spawn the larvling. And get yourself a pistol ammo conversion mod, Kuva Brakk is really hungry for ammo.

4. Pretty sure just about any Sedna Node will work (apparently maybe some Saturn nodes too, according to the above post), Adaro is a good option as it's a linear mission that can be done pretty quickly.

1, 2, 3. 'Mercy' is a bit of an ... ironic term. I think it's actually short for 'Mercy Kill', i.e. put them out of their misery.

The larvling will have a 'Mercy' promt under the displayed weapon. If it's a Kuva Brakk, Hold the indicated button. If it is not a Kuva Brakk, leave them where they are, just ignore them.

almost... in the game "Mercy" means killing finisher with the parazon (with the context action button "X" by default) ...

so get to Adaro, spawn the larvling, damage it until it gets on its knees, check the weapon.
if it is your weapon, press X to "mercy" (=kill), -> lich will be created
if NOT, just leave it there (or abort mission) -> lich not created

i dont think people have mentioned this but the way to spawn larvlings is the lights flicker yellow like when a juggernaut is coming and you have to kill like 30 enemies to spawn the lich

only grineer 20+ lvl missions are where liches spawn

if you don't find the right weapon, just exit out of the mission and try again, its faster

The kuva weapons have a base elemental on them, based on what warframe you used to spawn the lich with
https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Kuva_Lich/Progenitor

After you spawn the lich you can find a tutorial on how to kill it/convert it

It's also worth highlighting that this is all just step one of a fairly lengthy and potentially very difficult process. Getting a Lich is very easy, getting the weapon from that Lich is significantly more difficult and potentially out of reach depending on your current game progress, involving clearing level 70-110 missions and bosses.
