cant get necramech engine

been farming for hours and havent gotten a single engine
30+ mech kills

Can you buy them from Loid? There’s another faction in the Necralisk you can’t fast travel to. You have to go into your operator form and walk thru the sealed golden door and talk to Loid. He buys Orokin matrices and you can rank up with his faction and buy necramech parts.

the drops still seem client side as i get parts when other players dont

I killed about 66 necramechs total and not a single part drop, oh and only a single scintillant

so aparantly the parts like to fall though the floor so once the boss dies you need to basicly t-bag him

they are also not affected by vacuum

There's a bug right now where the parts do fall through the ground. It used to be when farming the player-driven necramechs in the open world as the host if you got one destroyed you would pick up the part, but any other client would watch the part fall through the map and even vacuum couldn't grab it. They've removed the ability to farm the open world mechs, so now it's glaringly obvious that the parts fall through the ground and only if you are humping the boss will you get the part. At least that is what was going on last night, they've been hotfixing stuff pretty rapidly so not sure if that bug has been fixed since I haven't gotten on this morning.

You know, this happens with almost every new open world content that is released. You should know it with 2 K hours OP.
You wont get everything in a few runs. It is a game ruled by RNG, complaining about it is annoying and futile and there is nothing we can do... So grind until you drop.
