Infinite loading chat circle, won't work

Hi, my chat hasn't been working for what feels like the past week evertime I log on I hope that it is fixed, but it never is. I don't really know what to do, since I've tried contacting support, but I never seem to be able to contact them during their open hours and when I do, the site states that it isn't working or some other error. Having exhausted all my options, I was wondering if any of you knew how to fix it? I trade a lot and love popping relics using radshare with other players, this is a real blow to me and hinders my gaming experience tremendously. Any help would be appreaciated?

Means you got kicked for a set period of time, usually from 1-7 days.
For future reference anything along the lines of "Hitler did____" gets you a 1 week ban 100% of the time.

They just stealth ban you with no warning or anything, wow? I can't even see other people talking it's just one empty blank tab with a circle spinning over it. I wish they sent me a message or something then.

By the time your support ticket gets a response youll usually find you already found the answer by googling it.

The funny thing is like I stated above, is that I'm not even sure if I was banned? They didn't send me a message in game or in the chat box, is there a way to check if you are banned and when your ban will end on the site?

Loading chat circle doesn't mean you are banned. A ban is more likely when you type in a chat, you got reply "You are currently suspended from this channel" or something like that. It sounds more like connectivity issue.

So what should I try to do to fix it? or should I just wait?

I can't really access my router settings as the wifi provided on base doesn't allow you to access the ISP address, usually this is what I'd do with connnectivity issues, but it isn't available to me and it was working earlier with the same network and everything. I didn't change any settings or anything either.

not necessary without a warning - you might just have missed it ^.^
on the other hand, it could also be a more "technical" problem - but then it's not on DEs side, but on your end.

yeah, and thats why you should change your ISP - not allowing the customer to acces their own router makes me not trust them a bit. but if they are just stupid like O2, you can force them to provide you with the necessary information for access of the router and the user/password for the internet connection by simply claiming you have to use your own router instead of the crаp they send you. at least with O2 that always works for my customers...

I'm going to change my ISP like you stated it's not very good anyway, hopefully it helps, I found a good price and a great deal, thanks for the help again. They even said that I should be able to accesss the router settings whenever I want.
