As far as builds go, it kind of depends on what you've got. With 30% status chance and 10% crit, you can probably just go with a Status based build unless you really feel like you need to do a crit build.

So probably you want:
2-3 60/60 mods, optional pure damage mod
Pressure Point
Condition Overload (this weapon benefits a lot from this mod)
Reach/Primed Reach
Drifting Contact
For the last slot I would do Healing Return/Life Strike, but that depends on what you want from it. You could put on another damage mod, Fury/Primed Fury, or Blood Rush depending on what you felt like.

The alternative option is to go for a hybrid crit build, but I would only recommend that if you have maiming strike. If you do have maiming strike, then you can do Blood Rush, Maiming Strike, Several Crit mods, etc. Not really my choice for how to build the weapon, but you can probably make it work if you want.
