So first I get an IP address block for trying to many failed redeem codes and now they IP address ban me for to many failed log ins (TEMPORARILY)
I don't get why Digital Extreme is so strict and hands out bans left and right when I was entering all of my info in correctly and even passed the security robot verification system yet they failed to log me in, now i can't even get into the account to reply to the zendesk ticket i submitted it, this is really frustrating to deal with.

This doesn't make any sense to me at all as now I can only access the game itself but not the webpage.

I think they only have two people handling customer issues, really crappy automated system taking the load.

Yeah i got an automated system reply when that is not what i need, i need an actual person to take a look into this issue as it's not on my end but more likely on theirs.

Good luck, i've been dealing wtih my issue for 5 days, nothing but templates and hand waving.

Thanks. Seriously? I have never had issues before with accessing the webpage till today so i hope they resolve it, i mean this is really bad for business when a customer who uses their product has an issue arise but yet they don't have enough people on support to help out in situations like this.

A IP ban Is more to save you If someone tried hacking the account also can happen from not playing for a long time, anyway your best bet Is to reset your pass for wf. Click forgot pass and then you will need you login to email you made it with Gmail,hot w.e then try getting help from the zendesk.

I am did reset my password, I am able to log into the game itself but not the webpage which i find strange and now even accessing it from the market in game it gives me "Access denied"

I just wish to play the game and have access to everything. I can understand DE is trying to protect me but when i am the one who uses this account i don't find it right that i get punished.

Personally i think that they should easy up on the rules such as punishing a player for to many failed attempts at redeeming a code, log in problems and etc.

Are you sure they IP banned you? - From what I recall they only lock your access for 24 hours or so for too many login attempts.

They must be working on the site I'm getting invalid pass+email so just wait a bit maybe will get fixed later today but its odd.

Yeah i do find it odd, i was able to go through the market in game to access the website not to long ago but now i get the "Access Denied" message, it's really weird.

I had to reset my pass on warframe.com before it me in you should try again in a few hours.

It will takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours before you get unbanned automatically if the script banned you for too many failed code entries. For advice in the future be careful when certain content creators just throw out a list of codes.

I can't recall exactly but anywhere between 5 to 10 "failed or already used code entries" will get you auto banned.

I really can't agree with the harsh rules that Digital Extreme has in place. I personally can understand banning someone for hacking and etc, but something so small as a failed code is something way to out of line i find.

It's a measure to combat bots that hammer in codes endlessly trying to get a lucky hit. Even Steam has similar measures. If you try too many times to redeem a code or codes that don't exist or have already been redeemed Steam will disable your ability to enter codes for a while (I think 24 hours.)

If someone tried to brute force an account, it is a standard protection to stop said person by utilizing IP ban. Brute force password is the most common method for hacking an account. I'd suggest try using VPN to access your account. There are several cases when I tried to access my account to their website ends up by saying Wrong Password or Error. Using VPN solves the problem immediately.
