Yeah i got an automated system reply when that is not what i need, i need an actual person to take a look into this issue as it's not on my end but more likely on theirs.
Thanks. Seriously? I have never had issues before with accessing the webpage till today so i hope they resolve it, i mean this is really bad for business when a customer who uses their product has an issue arise but yet they don't have enough people on support to help out in situations like this.
I am did reset my password, I am able to log into the game itself but not the webpage which i find strange and now even accessing it from the market in game it gives me "Access denied"
I just wish to play the game and have access to everything. I can understand DE is trying to protect me but when i am the one who uses this account i don't find it right that i get punished.
Personally i think that they should easy up on the rules such as punishing a player for to many failed attempts at redeeming a code, log in problems and etc.

Can't access it from my tablet either as i get the same message and most likely my phone too.
Yeah i do find it odd, i was able to go through the market in game to access the website not to long ago but now i get the "Access Denied" message, it's really weird.
I can't recall exactly but anywhere between 5 to 10 "failed or already used code entries" will get you auto banned.
Still i find it unfair that you get an "auto ban" for a failure of 5 to 10 codes entry tries. I don't see it as a rule breaking issue that you get a ban... if the code is already used just say so and that's it, there is no need to give a unnecessary ban. Rules like these are something that is making me reconsider spending a dime on warframe ever again because i support Digital Extreme by giving them cash and it return they give me a ban? -shakes head-
I really can't agree with the harsh rules that Digital Extreme has in place. I personally can understand banning someone for hacking and etc, but something so small as a failed code is something way to out of line i find.
It's a measure to combat bots that hammer in codes endlessly trying to get a lucky hit. Even Steam has similar measures. If you try too many times to redeem a code or codes that don't exist or have already been redeemed Steam will disable your ability to enter codes for a while (I think 24 hours.)
