I like loki more cause he can run while invis and ivara can't.

Ivara can theoretically be invisible forever, and there's an augment you can get that allows Ivara to bypass laser traps while invisible. Loki is pretty much pure utility, whereas Ivara has a great mix of utility and damage (on top of being a blast to play).

So, personally, I'd recommend getting Ivara first (but get them both eventually). She's a ♥♥♥♥♥ to farm, but well worth the effort.

both, for even if you are only afer the "invisibility" skill of them (and you could throw ash in here too then), both frames fill in totally differnt positions too with the rest of the skill-set.
at the very least, if you want rise in you mastery, you get all frame and weapons anyway at one time (and if you not a spy mission lover, you surely won't sell little ivara once you get all her parts together).

depends on your playstyle if u like using ivara she can go for a lvl40 survival and survive for 5-8 hours easily but depends on your build and as for loki is overoll good but not as good as ivara but still good

Because balance. If she could run while invisible, Ivara would have way too many advantages over Loki.

Granted, with the augment and spamming jump-jump-roll while cloacked still moves her around at a respectable speed. However, Ivara can sprint on ziplines at full speed without breaking cloack. This is excellent on enclosed maps like Defense and Interception.

I just like robbing people with her.

Ivara offers way more play options/style and utility.

Loki is an overrated one trick pony. Invisibility is not invincibility. And every loki player I have ever met in my 2.5k hours fails to realize that.

I'll get Loki and farm Ivara with Loki. Farming Ivara using other frames (except maybe Limbo) is too much of a hassle.

I was a Loki main for the longest time, and apart of that % of players who would claim Loki master race. The moment I maxed out Ivara, I can say with 100% Ivara master race.

I farmed her with ash....then when it came time to do ceres (back when it was the top level grineer map), I git frustrated with rng and started doing the missions with rhino lol

@OP: if slots permit, get both. Loki doesn't interest me at all, but I plan on getting him eventually. but I LOVE ivara.

Ivara is more for Defense , supporting teammembers with Hide or Rope.

Loki os more Offensive and has fast movement with Hide ~ 25 seconds build.

Loki is really good for high level missions because of his CC capabilities (in 99% cases disarming enemies gives you additional chance at survival, unless they're MOAs, in which case you just doomed us all), large amounts of escapism in the form of his Invisibility and switch teleport, and his Decoy also can be used to funnel enemies into traps, which is often a very effective strategy and synergizes greatly with his Disarm. So he's sorta aggressive CC and manipulator.

Ivara, on the other hand, specializes in being sneaky support and damager, depending on build. She can make entire group invisible, she can get them off the ground (helpful against infested, for example), she has a really powerful bow and an array of medium-CC arrows. She also looks adorable and reminds me of a frog. When playing in the group, her primary role would probably be making people invisible and making enemies dead. Also, stealing change from them, she's a cleptomaniac too.

To conclude, pick both, they both can result in overwhelming amounts of unpredictable fun.

P.S. I still don't have ivara, which fills this world with one more sad walrus.

In solo missions I can bullet jump with Ivara if I'm standing still, but in public missions bullet jumping seems to break my stealth no matter what.

So, yeah, that's a bug.
