What rank do I have to be to use Oberon Prime?

On warframe market someone is selling oberon prime for 48 platinum, im currently master rank 3, if I buy this warframe now will I be able to use it at mastery rank 3?

Also, if you were planning on using your 50 starter Platinum for it, you can't. It cannot be traded. Use it for Weapon/Warframe slots.

You don't trade on warframe.market, it's just a place to put your trades, they still need to be conducted in-game, with players. The site just lets you list and puts you in touch with them.

You never need to buy Platinum at all, it can be acquired through Trading, which can be done by buying and selling items to other players acquired through playing the game.
However, long story short, yes you need to acquire Platinum that is NOT the 50 starting Platinum, either by buying or Trading, in order to trade with other players.

EDIT: Also, to point out, even if you did 'buy Oberon Prime' I guarantee that you couldn't even build him at your play time. It requires Nitain Extract and Argon Crystals, amongst other things, that you won't have yet.
You don't buy the frame, you buy the blueprints to manufacture it.

Yeah, I know.
Trading is easy, but you got to have something worth selling first. Just play the game, work around the starchart, you'll get plenty of opportunity to acquire new frames starting at Venus, and doing "Relic" missions will provide you with Prime parts to build and sell.

My first post contained a link to the Wiki, use it. The game doesn't hold your hand (some say it doesn't tell you anything at all, but...that depends on how you feel about it), so using the Wiki will help.

Diatetsu may be along in a minute with his wall-of-trading-text for you. You should read it. I don't really wanna copy/paste it myself, it's his work.

Hi again, i only just noticed your edit, If i buy the rhino prime set for example, I will need to get the recources to craft the blueprints with stuff like orokin cells?

yes, you still need the resources, because built parts aren't tradeable
